The current summary it makes of YouTube only works for very short videos, it doesn’t work for videos of 1 hour or more. I have tested it with Jordan Peterson and it only invents the summary, in addition, the timestamps are also invented.

I see this showing up, it is not shown on the summarize.tech, other tools that are available.. can you explain what's the difference? Michal

A standalone action to summarize YouTube videos has been released in version 1.3.0 of Voilà. It is already available for Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. It may take up to 7 days before these updates get to our MS Edge version.

It would be nice not only to summarize YouTube content but also getting extra tips/advice, like Voila giving certain info when there are knowledge gaps in the info presented or certain important points the speaker is missing. So, making the learning experience even better. :)

This is URGENT. Summarize Youtube videos

All youtube videos have automatic or manual subtitles, which allows you to use that transcription to make summaries especially for long videos or youtube podcasts.

There should be no limits and perhaps allow to make summaries to the measure, ie 1 long or several short as chapters of each 5 min of the video.

It would be great if there wasn't a character limit,so that we could summarize extremely long YouTube videos. Even better if we could have them pull the text and have it written into into a unique blog post or article.
