I do this right now with GPT-4 and the results are impressive. I've tried doing the same thing, using the same prompts using Voila! (more convenient than going to a Website) but the formatting is wrong. The ability to just talk out your 'stream of consciousness' thoughts and have them properly formatted (like OpenAI's Whisper) is truly nice. So, yes, this would be awesome.
