In order to enhance the organization capabilities within Voila, we propose adding the ability to create folders and nested folders for better project, document management, and Custom Actions.
Feature Details:
Folder Creation: Enable users to create new folders at any level within their project hierarchy. Users should be able to name these folders as per their requirements.
Nested Folders: Allow users to create subfolders within existing folders, enabling them to categorize projects/documents/Custom Actions in a more organized manner.
Folder Navigation: Implement intuitive navigation that allows users to easily move between different folder levels.
Drag-and-Drop Functionality: Users should have the ability to drag and drop projects/documents into different folders, making it easy to rearrange items as needed.
Search Functionality: Integrate a search feature that allows users to quickly locate files and folders using keywords or filter options (e.g., dates, tags).

Please add the ability to create Categories and their Subcategories into the Actions section.
The Actions section is a great feature that allows us to create a database for our prompts. However, I think the ability to organize these prompts is lacking.
Thank you.

Folders for Custom Actions

After a few actions, they kind of blend into the vast list of actions. If we could create folders for our custom actions and pin those to the top, it would make easier navigation and use.

Enhance Custom Actions with Folder and Filter System: Great suggestions! As a user of the “custom actions” tool, I find it difficult to manage a large number of actions without an organizational system. It's always great to have more ways to easily organize and access information!
